GET YOUR PROVISIONAL LICENCE
Before you can start Learning to Drive, you must apply for a provisional licence.You can apply for your provisional licence either online or in person at your local post office.
To apply online for your provisional driving licence go to GOV.UK. Alternatively, you can apply for your provisional licence by completing the D1 application form, available at your local Post Office

PASS YOUR THEORY TEST
In order to pass your theory test, you must complete a hazard perception test and a multiple choice test. You theory test must be completed before you can take your practical test.
One of the best ways to learn theory is to have practical lessons at the same time. Official DVSA theory app and good quality books are good source of information to consider.

MOCK TEST (ARE YOU READY?)
A mock driving test is like a run of real driving test. One of driving instructors at Quality Driving Lessons team will take you to the driving test center. Then explains you how mock driving test works. Instructor will play role of driving test examiner. At the end you get results and feedbacks. Mock test highlights the area you need more improvement and gives you confidence for real driving test.
We try our best to help you pass at first time. Plenty of practice, mock tests and believe in yourself are key to success. Its “okay” to be nervous at test day.

BOOKING YOUR PRACTICAL DRIVING TEST
At Quality Driving Lessons we do our best to help you pass at first time. Your driving Instructor will tell you when you are ready to take your real driving test.

PASS YOUR PRACTICAL TEST
The final stage…your practical test.
On the day of your Practical Driving Test, you need to bring your provisional Driving Licence, Theory test pass certificate, sun glasses (if needed).
During your test, you’ll complete five separate sections. These are:
- An eyesight check
- ‘Show me, Tell me’ vehicle safety questions
- General driving ability
- Reversing your vehicle (Maneuver)
- Independent driving ( and/or Sat Nav. Driving).
